2024 Terms of Service
Below, you can find my terms of service for commissioning me!! If you have any questions, feel free to message me on social media!
General T.O.S.
✧ I have the right to refuse any commission I do not feel comfortable doing. This includes commissions that are racist/homophobic/transphobic/sexist/etc.
✧ I only accept CashApp/PayPal/Ko-Fi in USD unless stated otherwise.
✧ Sometimes I send an invoice, sometimes I send my paypal.me link, but if you want an invoice just ask, I'm more than happy to send one!
✧ I am to be paid in full (100%) before I start work on your commission
✧I run on a first come, first serve basis. Although I sometimes jump around between pieces to break it up a bit, especially if I have a time-consuming piece in my queue!
✧ PLEASE DO NOT BUG ME EVERY DAY ASKING ABOUT COMMISSION UPDATES!! Asking every so often is fine but please do not spam me!
✧ For larger pieces, I always send a WIP before I color! Though, if asked, I am more than happy to provide a WIP for any piece!
✧ If you file a chargeback against me in PayPal, you will be blacklisted from ever commissioning me again, and I will be posting a beware about you. Please contact me if something comes up or if you would like a refund, but please do not file a chargeback.
✧ Do not offer art/characters/fursuit parts/etc. when wanting to commission me unless it is stated that I will be accepting them in the post. 98% of the time I only take CashApp/Ko-Fi/PayPal. I never take DA points, please respect this!
✧ If you ghost me/fall off the face of the planet when trying to commission me, claim an adopt, claim a YCH, purchase a bandana, etc., you will be blacklisted from ever purchasing from me in the future. This does not apply if you have contacted me expressing that something came up and are no longer able to make the purchase.
✧ This also applies to not paying on the date agreed upon between us. If you continue to drag on the purchase date without stating something has come up, or if it continues to come up yet you are still requesting to lengthen it 3+ times, you will be blacklisted and your slot will open up for the next person.
✧ I do both SFW and NSFW work, but NSFW work is only for those 18+. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! If I find out you have lied about your age, you will be blacklisted. Your commission will also be cancelled and you will not be getting a refund.
YCH T.O.S.
✧ Payment is to be made within 24 hour of claiming the YCH slot. If payment is not made within 24 hours, the slot will go to the next person interested, put back up for sale, or go to the next highest bidder.
✧ Any YCH that does not say 'SOLD' or 'CLOSED' is generally open! Just ask if you would like to claim a slot. If you are unsure if it is open, just ask!
✧ I generally do not provide many WIPs of a YCH, but you're free to request one and I'm more than happy to provide one!
✧ While the YCH is made, I do not trace over the YCH to make your piece, I heavily reference it, so there may be slight differences, but nothing major. The same piece will be made but they will not be exact copies.
✧ All YCHs come on a first come, first serve basis, no matter if they're multi-slot or single-slot.
✧ These rules are subject to change in the information provided on the YCH post, but only if said in the post.
Adoptable T.O.S.
✧ Most of the time, my adopts are at a set price, unless they are being auctioned off. I rarely do OTAs. Please be respectful and do not offer less than what the adopt is listed as. There is a set price/starting price for a reason.
✧ Once purchased, you can make any changes to the adopt you wish, all I ask is that you please credit me as the original designer.
✧ Unless otherwise stated, I only accept USD ($$$) for adopts. Please do not offer art, character trades, fursuit parts, etc. for an adopt. Especially if it is listed that I am accepting CashApp/Ko-fi/PayPal only. I will never make an exception. Continued ignoring of this will result in being blocked.
✧ Please do not sell the adopt for more than you purchased it for. This doesn't apply if the adopt has more art than when bought. I would appreciate my designs not being sold just to buy and up the price for a profit.
✧ Because of past issues, I rarely, if ever, accept holds for adopts. The maximum I am willing to hold an adopt for is 24 hours. I rarely do this though, so 99% of the time I do not accept holds on adopts.
✧ Upon claiming an adopt, payment is due within 24 hours of claiming the adopt. Failure to pay within that timeframe means the adopt is going back up for sale, or going to the next highest bidder.
In regards to NSFW
✧ I will ONLY draw NSFW/sell NSFW (YCHs, adopts, pieces, etc.) to those who are 18+. At any point I may ask for an ID to prove your age. I have the right to refuse the commission/sale if you are not 18+. If you do not provide me with an ID upon request, I will refuse the commission.
✧ Both you and the characters in the piece have to be 18+. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! to this rule.
✧ While I will not draw any kinks listed on my 'will not draw list' (Found on my commission prices page), if you do not see the kink listed, feel free to ask! No harm in asking!
✧ If I have found out you have lied about your age to commission NSFW, I will block and blacklist you.
Once you get your commission, you can
✧ Use the piece as an icon, background, badge, page header, etc.
✧ Re-upload/re-post the piece with proper credit given to me
✧ Put it on a mug, T-shirt, hoodie, blanket, etc. for PERSONAL USE ONLY
✧ Print it/hang it on your wall
Once you get your commission, you cannot
✧ Re-upload/re-post the piece without credit given (This means NO 'credit to original artist', you must link back to me)
✧ Trace the commission/use it as a base
✧ Put it on a T-shirt, mug, blanket, etc. to use for profit
✧ Remove my watermark under any circumstances
